About the position

In this full time remote position, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and employee engagement initiatives efforts at Memorable. You will be in charge of developing, executing and optimizing the full recruitment life cycle at the firm, as well as building and expanding our employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and optimize the full recruitment life cycle at Memorable, including the implementation of processes and tech stack for JD development, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
  • Support the marketing team in the development and expansion of Memorable’s employer brand. You will be responsible for ideating and co-executing initiatives such as data science challenges, talks given by Memorable members, inclusion initiatives, and others.
  • Design and lead the execution of a strategy for employee satisfaction and retention. You will work together on this task with the rest of the management team.
  • Growe and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Support management with HR-related issues, including, compensation, benefits, rewards, recognition, vacation, misconduct, and any problem resolution needs that might arise.

You’re a highly skilled and proactive recruiter. You have prior experience in recruitment or human resources, with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. You have a passion for finding untapped talent, driving company growth, and helping individuals find promising careers.You thrive in dynamic environments and take strong initiative to build an outcomes-maximizing work agenda.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in recruitment or human resources.
  • Proven Significant experience conducting various types of job interviews.
  • Significant experience designing recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • English fluency.
  • Exceptional skills in written and oral communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with job boards, HR software, databases, and management systems.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience as a Technical Recruiter for positions in web development, data science, and related fields.
  • Experience building and maintaining a strong employer brand.
  • Experience building and executing employee engagement and retention strategies.
