About the position

As Head of Growth you will be responsible for leading business development and sales at Memorable. Being the first head of commercial of the firm, you are expected to build and optimize the key processes, execute the sales yourself, and eventually build a team that can scale our sales capabilities. You will will be working alongside the founders, investors and our business team. 


  • Leading and developing the full cycle sales process including prospecting new leads, navigating VP level, C-suite, and business division owners, negotiating contracts, and closing new business with customers. 
  • Collaborating with our go-to-market strategy, messaging & positioning
  • Building and leading the sales team once the company finds an effective, repeatable process.
  • Translating a compelling vision into roadmaps, and delivering on time and on quality.
  • Setting up and managing a CRM software and a sales pipeline. 
  • Optimizing our existing marketing collateral to meet the sales objectives. 
  • Building marketing automations including email and CRM integrations. 

About you

You are an experienced sales leader with excellent business development skills and capacity to iterate quickly over high quality deliverables. You thrive at prospecting to unearth win-win opportunities for your company and customers and have the persistence, communication skills, and operational excellence to drive qualified sales opportunities. You have experience in sales, growth or marketing inside an early or growth stage tech startup and you are a highly proactive person eager to learn and join a super team.

Minimum qualifications

  • Experience working in Sales, Business Development or Growth.
  • Proven success driving sales for a B2B SaaS platform in the spaces of Marketing, Advertisement and content creation.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional knowledge in sales stack and sales strategy operationalization and optimization. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate clear, persuasive proposals, emails and presentations. 
  • Strong analytical, decision-making skills
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills. 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience building and leading a sales team. 
  • Strong network of established relationships across large brands, agencies and advertisers in North America.
